Arranging A Viewing

Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends, and you will be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions you may have.

The Rental Price

Rent is typically quoted on a calendar monthly basis, and payable monthly in advance, unless stated otherwise on the details of a particular property.  As the tenant, you will usually be responsible for the payment of Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephony, so please do make sure you calculate this into your budget.  All rents are payable by bank standing order to our company bank account.

A Note On References

We credit check and reference all prospective tenants. We will consider individual cases where a satisfactory guarantor can be supplied but you should always contact us in the first instance to discuss your own circumstances in confidence.
